Day 3 of the 10-day “my life is good” challenge. I am to post a picture that brings me joy. I’m not supposed to provide an explanation but I will anyway because how else will you know why it brings me joy?
This is my sister and me in 2018 just before we entered State Farm Arena in Atlanta to see Elton John on the first leg of his retirement tour. Pre-COVID, we made a point of attending one huge rock concert each year, trying to catch all the old guys we couldn’t afford to see when we were young before they retire for good. I’m hopeful we can get back to that practice soon.
